We provide quality service in a timely fashion with a two hour guaranteed response time for emergencies and within 24 hours for non-emergencies. All our technicians are trained and assigned to geographic zones so they get to know their customers and their installations.

 

Service & Support Package

 

We provide a 12 month factory warranty on all parts for all communication systems installed and a 90 day labor warranty on all systems installed. All new equipment sold is warranted to perform in accordance with its written specifications and to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the specified period. We will, without charge, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday service, replace, or repair any part found to be defective within one year of the equipment installation date. It is our policy to render prompt and efficient service to all our business communications systems users.

We can provide you with complete System Maintenance solutions so you can feel comfortable in knowing everything in your Voice or Data system is functioning as it should.

TelData, Inc. is a AT&T Partner who will act on your behalf in conducting all necessary business with local utilities including the following:

Ordering and disconnecting line service
Equipment orders
Remote diagnostics

Service reporting and follow up
Scheduling of work
Bad line reports
